The JKM Group was founded in June 2015 by Julia K. Miller, a bold, visionary leader who believed that transformation begins with one essential principle: People come first.

Under Julia's guidance, JKMG grew from a solo consultancy into a values-driven firm... rooted in clarity, compassion, and excellence. She built relationships that lasted, prioritized integrity over industry trends, and cultivated a reputation for delivering service that truly matters.

In 2000, Julia invited Robert E Miller to join her, help carry out her vision, and expand it. Together, we elevated JKMG into a trusted partner for executives, founders, and organizations navigating change. We didn't just offer solutions... we offered alignment, direction, and meaningful impact.

After Julia's passing, I made one promise: JKMG would continue... not just in name, but in spirit. To fulfill that promise, I brought in Donna Wells, a world-class recruiter and strategic thinker with a proven record in Global Talent Acquisition.
